    A Comparative Study of Mystical-Visual Expression of Nizami Stories in Two Paintings of Haft Peykar and the Death of Shirin by Emphasizing the Relationship between Visual Structure and Story Context

    Nizami is one of the most famous poets of the sixth century. His mystical and romantic stories are full of wisdom. His two stories called 'Haft Peykar' and 'Khosrow and Shirin', which are discussed in this article, have interested artists throughout the history of Iranian art. The painter of the 'Haft Peykar' painting shows the whole story from beginning to end in one single image. The painter of the 'Death of Shirin' painting, emphasizes the paradoxes of life, the confrontation of life and death, heaven and earth, and loyalty and betrayal in the composition, colors and symbolic elements. This study used an analytical-descriptive method. The purpose of this research was to determine how the painters used these two mystical literary texts to express their own ideas. What can be seen from the two paintings is that the artists used the stories of Nizami to create their works with an artistic and mystical visual language, using symbolism in the composition and the colors. It should be noted that the painters also added meanings to their paintings and thus presented new content for the viewer.

    Constructing Colloquial Dataset for Persian Sentiment Analysis of Social Microblogs

    Introduction: Microblogging websites have massed rich data sources for sentiment analysis and opinion mining. In this regard, sentiment classification has frequently proven inefficient because microblog posts typically lack syntactically consistent terms and representatives since users on these social networks do not like to write lengthy statements. Also, there are some limitations to low-resource languages. The Persian language has exceptional characteristics and demands unique annotated data and models for the sentiment analysis task, which are distinctive from text features within the English dialect. Method: This paper first constructs a user opinion dataset called ITRC-Opinion by collaborative environment and insource way. Our dataset contains 60,000 informal and colloquial Persian texts from social microblogs such as Twitter and Instagram. Second, this study proposes a new deep convolutional neural network (CNN) model for more effective sentiment analysis of colloquial text in social microblog posts. The constructed datasets are used to evaluate the presented model. Furthermore, some models, such as LSTM, CNN-RNN, BiLSTM, and BiGRU with different word embeddings, including Fasttext, Glove, and Word2vec, investigated our dataset and evaluated the results. Results: The results demonstrate the benefit of our dataset and the proposed model (72% accuracy), displaying meaningful improvement in sentiment classification performance

    Effects of Endurance and Resistance Training on Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide and Acetylcholine Receptor at Slow and Fast Twitch Skeletal Muscles and Sciatic Nerve in Male Wistar Rats

    The aim of this study was to investigate effects of endurance and resistance training (ET and RT) on CGRP and AChRs at slow and fast twitch muscles and sciatic nerve in rats. Twenty-five male rats were randomly assigned into three groups including sedentary (SED), endurance training (ET), and resistance training (RT). Animals of ET exercised for 12 weeks, five times/week, and 60 min/day at 30 m/min. Animals of RT were housed in metal cage with 2 m high wire-mesh tower, with water bottles set at the top. 48 h after the last session of training protocol, animals were anaesthetized. The right sciatic nerves were removed; then, Soleus (SOL) and Tibialis anterior (TA) muscles were excised and immediately snap frozen in liquid nitrogen. All frozen tissues were stored at −80°C. Results showed that, after both ET and RT, CGRP content as well as AChR content of SOL and TA muscles significantly increased. But there was no significant difference among groups at sciatic nerve' CGRP content. In conclusion, data demonstrate that ET and RT lead to changes of CGRP and AChR content of ST and FT muscles. The changes indicate to the importance of neuromuscular activity

    Pretransitional behavior of viscoelastic parameters at the nematic to twist-bend nematic phase transition in flexible: N -mers

We report dynamic light scattering measurements of the orientational (Frank) elastic constants and associated viscosities among a homologous series of a liquid crystalline dimer, trimer, and tetramer exhibiting a uniaxial nematic (N) to twist-bend nematic (NTB) phase transition. The elastic constants for director splay (K11), twist (K22) and bend (K33) exhibit the relations K11 > K22 > K33 and K11/K22 > 2 over the bulk of the N phase. Their behavior near the N-NTB transition shows dependency on the parity of the number (n) of the rigid mesomorphic units in the flexible n-mers. Namely, the bend constant K33 in the dimer and tetramer turns upward and starts increasing close to the transition, following a monotonic decrease through most of the N phases. In contrast, K33 for the trimer flattens off just above the transition and shows no pretransitional enhancement. The twist constant K22 increases pretransitionally in both even and odd n-mers, but more weakly so in the trimer, while K11 increases steadily on cooling without evidence of pretransitional behavior in any n-mer. The viscosities associated with pure splay, twist-dominated twist-bend, and pure bend fluctuations in the N phase are comparable in magnitude to those of rod-like monomers. All three viscosities increase with decreasing temperature, but the bend viscosity in particular grows sharply near the N-NTB transition. The N-NTB pretransitional behavior is shown to be in qualitative agreement with the predictions of a coarse-grained theory, which models the NTB phase as a "pseudo-layered" structure with the symmetry (but not the mass density wave) of a smectic-A∗ phase

    Promoter methylation and expression pattern of DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 genes during osteoblastic differentiation of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells

    Introduction: Nowadays, mesenchymal stem cells are touted as suitable cell supply for the restoration of injured bone tissue. The existence of osteogenic differentiation makes these cells capable of replenishing damaged cells in the least possible time. It has been shown that epigenetic modifications, especially DNA methylation, contribute to the regulation of various transcription factors during phenotype acquisition. Hence, we concentrated on the correlation between the promoter methylation and the expression of genes DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 during osteoblastic differentiation of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells in vitro after 21 days. Methods: Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in osteogenesis differentiation medium supplemented with 0.1 µM dexamethasone, 10 mM β-glycerol phosphate, and 50 µM ascorbate-2-phosphate for 21 days. RNA and DNA extraction was done on days 0, 7, 14, and 21. Promoter methylation and expression levels of genes DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 were analyzed by methylation-specific quantitative PCR and real-time PCR assays, respectively. Results: We found an upward expression trend with the increasing time for genes DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 in stem cells committed to osteoblast-like lineage compared to the control group (P<0.05). On the contrary, methylation-specific quantitative PCR displayed decreased methylation rates of DLX3 and ATF4 genes, but not FRA1, over time compared to the non-treated control cells (P<0.05). Bright-field images exhibited red-colored calcified deposits around Alizarin Red S-stained cells after 21 days compared to the control group. Statistical analysis showed a strong correlation between the transcription of genes DLX3 and ATF4 and methylation rate (P<0.05). Conclusion: In particular, osteoblastic differentiation of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells enhances DLX3 and ATF4 transcriptions by reducing methylation rate for 21 days

    Abstract Enterprises choose Enterprise Architecture (EA) solution, in order to overcome dynamic business challenges and in order to coordinate various enterprise elements. In this article, a solution is suggested for the Enterprise Architecture based on a conceptual model of Enterprise Ontology (EO). Enterprise Ontology provides a common structure for data collection. First, conceptual model of Enterprise Ontology based on the Zachman Framework is presented. Then, the Enterprise Architecture development process based on Enterprise Ontology is proposed. Using this solution, Staffs, stakeholders, users, architects, and systems achieved a common understanding of enterprise concepts and relationships and therefore, architecture data are collected in a correct way. The primary focus is collecting accurate architecture data instead of developing architecture artifacts; also meet the decision maker's needs by fit for purpose modeling. Finally, we demonstrate our solution in a case study and show the appropriate results and conclusions
